The district of Lindau sold the properties of the former secondary school to R. Bauer, which wanted to develop a residential project in this exclusive location. Because of the necessary changes to the development plan, the city of Lindau (Lake Constance), as the approving authority, was able to ensure that a qualified expert procedure was carried out for the selection of a design. I created a promotion piece in order to advertise the new building.
